Instructions for use

Apply the gel to the affected area and massage with a circular motion, repeat 2-3 times a day.

Arnica montana flower water, aqua (water), carbomer, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, triethanolamine, Gaultheria procumbens leaf oil [Gaultheria procumbens (wintergreen) leafoil], menthol, Mentha piperita oil [Mentha piperita (peppermint) oil], Harpagophytumprocumbens root extract, Boswellia sacra gum/resin extract, glycerin, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, tetrasodiumglutamate diacetate, lactic acid, limonene.
