Amorphophallus konjac (glucomannan, root powder), Spirulina platensis (spirulina, thallus powder); capsule shell: gelatin; Rhamnus purshiana DC (cascara sagrada, bark extract titrated at least 10% in cascarosides A); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, chromium chloride.

How to use
How to use: 6 capsules a day, 2 before the 3 main meals of the day. Take with at least 1 or 2 glasses of water.
