Adi Complex Plus - Food Supplement
Gymnema-based food supplement useful for promoting carbohydrate metabolism and together with griffonia to support the control of the sense of hunger; guarana to stimulate metabolism, in particular that of lipids. Useful in low-calorie diets aimed at controlling body weight.
Ingredients
Gymnema (Gymnema silvestre R.BR.) leaves tit. 75% gymnemic acid, citrus (Citrus aurantium L. var. amara) fruit tit. 6% synephrine, griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia DC. BAILL.) seeds tit. 20% 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), edible gelatin capsule, green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze, leaves] titrated extract. 45% in 3-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and 5% in caffeine; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide.

Instructions for use
Take 4 capsules per day (2 capsules 30 minutes before lunch and dinner).

Consult your doctor before use if your cardiovascular conditions are not normal. The product must not be consumed by pregnant women, during breastfeeding and under 12 years of age. Contains caffeine (22.2 mg/daily dose). Do not consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 800 mg of (-)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate. It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
