HOW TO USE

Use twice a day. Especially effective if used morning and evening after brushing. Pour 10 ml of product (2 teaspoons of 5 ml) into a glass, rinse for 60 seconds making the liquid pass well throughout the mouth. Do not swallow. Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
