Description

Duonorm is a dietary supplement of Psyllium, Acacia Fiber and Cumin.

Property

When taken with a sufficient quantity of water, the cuticle of Psyllium seeds (Plantago ovata F.), with its high fiber content, produces an increase in the volume of intestinal contents with consequent regularization of intestinal transit. It has an emollient and soothing activity that contributes to the regular function of the digestive system by promoting a normal volume and consistency of the stool.
The properties of the fiber contained in the resin exuded by the Acacia trees of Senegal have already been discovered and used by the ancient populations of sub-Saharan Africa and by the American Indians to prevent and treat intestinal disorders. Since the 1970s, more than 80 international scientific papers have been published under his responsibility. Acacia fiber is an insoluble substance in the stomach that ferments in the colon.
Cumin (Cuminum cyminum L., fruit powder) is a Mediterranean plant with digestive function, regulating gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gases.
