Method of preparation

It is advisable to prepare the infusion with one or two teaspoons of dried Afri-Bos® herbal tea per cup of water, boiling for 2-3 minutes and then letting it infuse for 15 minutes before filtering. Alternatively, the prepackaged sachet can be used to prepare an equally pleasant drink.
