• IAA 10+ (intermediate level), minimum concentration of methylglyoxal = 263mg / Kg.
• IAA 15+ (intermediate level), minimum concentration of methylglyoxal = 514mg / Kg.
• IAA 18+ (maximum activity level), minimum concentration of methylglyoxal = 696mg / Kg.

Characteristics

Manuka is a shrub of the Tea Tree family that grows in the wild on the virgin lands of New Zealand, in difficult climatic conditions. Every year, it blooms for 4 to 6 weeks. The bees that work its nectar create a rare and unique honey: Manuka honey.

To harvest this honey in the purest and most natural state possible, we rigorously select New Zealand beekeepers. We ensure the traceability of Manuka honey , from the beekeeper to the jar.
