Assonal what it is for
Assonal is a food supplement based on L-acetyl carnitine, alpha lipoic acid (Matris®), Citicoline (Cognizin® Citicolina) and B vitamins at the maximum permitted doses.
Indications When to use Assonal
Assonal is indicated in all cases of insufficient intake in the diet or increased need for these nutrients. The B vitamins, present in Assonal®, contribute to normal energy metabolism.
In particular:
- Vitamin B5 contributes to the normal synthesis and normal metabolism of some neurotransmitters;
- Vitamin B2 contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress;
- Vitamins B1, B2 and B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue;
- Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
Composition of Assonal
Each tablet contains
- L-acetyl carnitine: 500 mg
- Alpha lipoic acid (Matris® Fast and Retard): 300 mg
- Citicoline (Cognizin® Citicoline) *: 125 mg
- Vitamin B1: 12.5 mg
- Vitamin B2: 12.5 mg
- Vitamin B5: 9 mg
- Vitamin B6: 2.5 mg
- Vitamin B12: 16.5 mcg
Assonal use advice
We recommend taking two tablets a day, one in the morning and one in the evening.
