Alce Nero organic brown sugar comes from the most suitable lands of Peru and Guatemala. It is the result of the work of small organic farmers. Alce Nero is one of the members of Cooperativas Sin Fronteras, an organization that since its establishment has promoted the principles of quality and wholesomeness of raw materials, but above all of social and environmental sustainability, which today involves more than 14,000 families of producers in Latin America.
This type of sugar is a wholemeal product, a direct result of the extraction of juice from sugar cane, which is not refined. Alce Nero organic whole cane sugar has a caramelized flavor.
