Alce Nero Organic Green Tea

Alce Nero green tea (Camellia Sinensis origin plant) is a blend of selected green teas with a light, pleasantly aromatic taste and a golden color.
Alce Nero organic green tea is a refined selection of green tea from the Nilgiri plantations in South India that preserves all the typical aroma and taste of the plantation.

Camellia Sinensis, the plant from which tea is obtained, is an evergreen shrub, whose processing begins at the end of its third year of life with the manual harvest of young leaves, which constitute the best harvest. Green teas are also known as "unfermented teas", as the leaves do not undergo fermentation, but are treated with jets of steam and dried by means of hot air currents. In this way the enzymes that cause fermentation remain inactive, there is no oxidation of the tannin, the leaves retain their green color.

For green tea we recommend an infusion of 2-3 minutes, but it is good to know that theine has beneficial qualities that can be dosed with careful preparation.

The water temperature must not exceed 80 ° C (it is therefore advisable to let it rest for a few moments after boiling and not pour it directly onto the tea filter).
The carton contains 20 filters packed in single sachets. The filters, without staple, are 100% compostable.
