How to use
Take 4 sachets a day to dissolve in water or other liquids such as milk, fruit juices or drinks. The heat of the dispersion medium (example: water) facilitates its dissolution: the hotter it is, the better the solubility of the product.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
