Magnesium hydroxide; microcrystalline cellulose; dicalcium phosphate; psyllium (plantagopsyllium) seeds powder; manna (fraxinus ornus) plant dust; agar agar (gelidiumamansii) plant powder; anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; silicon dioxide and vegetable magnesium stearate.

How to use
1 or 2 tablets in the evening before going to bed.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor.
