INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Place the seaweed bag under the tap and run the hot water for a few moments. Fill the bathtub to 37 °. When the bathtub is almost full, add the contents of the bottle of essential oils.

Get in the habit of taking Alg-Essences treatments, in spring and autumn, at the rate of 3 baths a week.
