Marine Magnesium & Vitamin B6 is an incompressed food supplement based on three sources of Magnesium of which marine, citrate and pidolate in association with Vitamin B6 which favors its absorption. The product is useful against tiredness and fatigue, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal muscle function.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets a day preferably between meals.
