A choux pastry shell. A pasta with a neutral taste, made with simple ingredients but with infinite versatility. Thanks to its delicate taste it lends itself to being filled with sweet creams or salty mousses.

INGREDIANTS

Gluten-free preparation (corn starch, corn flour, potato starch, guar, pectin, sodium bicarbonate, water), margarine (vegetable fats and oils, whey powder, emulsifiers: mono sunflower lecithin and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidifier: citric acid, flavorings, coloring: beta carotene, vitamin A, D), eggs, salt.
