How to use
We recommend taking 1 sachet a day, dissolved in a glass of water, away from main meals. It is advisable to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to consult the doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. The supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet.
