alkIMO® Osteo 50+ - Gluten and Lactose Free Food Supplement
It is a food supplement for supporting bone tissue and muscle function. Zinc contributes to normal acid-base metabolism. Magnesium, manganese, zinc and vitamins D3 and K2 help maintain bone health, while lithotamnum promotes trophism of bone tissue. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues while magnesium and potassium contribute to regular muscle function. Vitamin D3 also reduces the risk of falling associated with postural instability and muscle weakness: falls are a risk factor for bone fracture in men and women over 60.
High in zinc, magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2, a source of manganese and potassium.
Ingrediants
Potassium bicarbonate, magnesium citrate, lithothamnium calcareum [Phymatolithoncalcareum (Pallas) WHAdey & DLMc, thallus] powder tit. 32% calcium and 2% magnesium, young bamboo (Bambusa vulgaris Schrad., Surculi) eg tit. 70% silica, zinc gluconate; bulking agent: hydroxy-propyl-cellulose, microencapsulated vitamin K2 (menaquinone), manganese citrate, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
It may contain traces of fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
It does not contain preservatives, dyes, flavors, gluten and lactose.

How to use
1 or 2 sachets per day (1 sachet equal to 2.5 g) to be dissolved in a glass of boiling water while sipping slowly (1 sachet 2 hours after lunch, 1 sachet 2 hours after dinner).
