ALLEVYN Ag Adhesive - The ideal dressing for acute and chronic wounds
Allevyn Adhesive AG made by PharmaIdea Srl, is an advanced dressing recommended to treat acute and chronic injuries, such as pressure ulcers, venous, diabetic foot, fungiform, lesions and infected wounds, 1st and 2nd degree burns.
It is an extremely absorbent dressing, composed of: an external layer in polyurethane film, impermeable to liquids and bacteria; an intermediate layer composed of hydrocellular polyurethane foam; a perforated wound contact layer with aqueous-based hypoallergenic acrylic adhesive.
Before using the product, cleanse and clean up the wound. Remove the protective paper and apply the dressing to the wound, making sure the edges adhere well to the skin around the injured skin. Especially in the initial stage, check the dressing often. The dressing can be left on for up to 7 days. To remove Allevyn Adhesive AG lift one corner and pull in reverse. To avoid the presence of residues on the skin, help yourself with sterile water, sterile solution or wipes.
