Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: fatigue, collapse, exhaustion from excessive work and a sense of duty. Body nourishment, social contacts, and emotional and physical needs are sacrificed

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take 4 drops under the tongue 4 times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution.
