Ingredients
Plantain (Plantago lanceolata) whole plant; licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) root; thyme (Thymus vulgaris) whole plant; bitter fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seeds; marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) leaves; mallow (Malva sylvestris) flowers; Icelandic lichen (Cetraria islandica) whole plant; dosed and mixed finely.

How to use
For adult consumers 1-2 filters a day in a cup of boiling water, leave to infuse before taking for 5 - 10 minutes.
