Ingrediants

Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac, radix) powder. Technological adjuvants: microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. Vegetable capsule (HPMC).

How to use

It is suggested to take 3 capsules 3 times a day half an hour before main meals.

Warnings

Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of a low-calorie diet. The use of the product is not recommended in people who have difficulty swallowing. Take the capsules with plenty of water to avoid possible suffocation phenomena and allow the product to reach the stomach. The supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
