Recommendations for use

Recommended food use: 1 heaping teaspoon (about 4 g) in half a glass of water, once or twice a day at any time. External use: in a saucepan, add water to the quantity needed according to the part involved (one glass for each spoonful of Alteavis); boil about 10 minutes until you get a "polenta" that you have to put with a spoon on some cotton wool and apply it hot on the affected part; cover with a towel and place the water bottle on top for 15-20 minutes; one to three times a day.
