These are adhesive plates, with a two-piece attachment system for the Alterna and Alterna Mio bags for both colus, ileus and urostomy, indicated for the collection of non-aggressive stomach waste.

Characteristics
These are adhesive plates, with a two-piece attachment system for the Alterna and Alterna Mio bags for both colus, ileus and urostomy, indicated for the collection of non-aggressive stomach waste. They have slots for attaching support belts. This is a medical device pursuant to Directive 93/42 / EEC. - Laplacca is round in shape with an attachment flange for the bag - The plaque is available in three different flange diameters: 40-50-60 mm - The Alterna MioPro adhesive consists of two adhesives arranged in a spiral, one whitish and one brown in color. The off-white adhesive consists of 60% hydrocolloids. Inside the hydrocolloid matrix there is pectin, which allows to manage the pH of the skin, and titanium oxide, which acts as a dye and improves the amalgam of the mixture. This adhesive has the characteristic of being extremely protective for the skin. The brown adhesive is composed of 50% hydrocolloids and 50% polymers (PIB), a thermoplastic polymer that ensures immediate bonding to the plaque. This adhesive guarantees tightness and safety. The two adhesives are strongly cohesive with each other and, at the moment of detachment, the plate comes off in one piece, leaving no residue. - The adhesive can be cut to the desired size by following the guide printed on the silicone paper that protects the adhesive surface - The knurling and beveled edges make the adhesive even more flexible. Also available in the light and convex version to better manage flat and / or inverted stomas.

Composition
- The adhesive is based on polymers (PIB) and hydrocolloids (carboxymethylcellulose and pectin), inside the hydrocolloid matrix there is titanium oxide as a dye.
- The attachment flange is in low density polyethylene.

storage
We recommend storage in the original intact packaging away from light and humidity, at a constant temperature between 15 ° and 30 °.

Disposal
The product does not contain Ecotoxic components therefore it does not require special disposal protocols. Do not disperse in the environment as it is not biodegradable.
