Description
Food supplement based on chasteberry, dioscorea, griffonia, soy, magnesium, melatonin.

Property
-Melatonin: regulates the sleep-wake cycle.
- Chaste tree: modulates the production of pituitary hormones. Regulates the ovulatory system in the presence of amenorrhea, improving neurovegetative disorders (hot flashes) in menopause.
-Soy isoflavones: act on hot flashes. They reproduce the activity of estrogens markedly decreased in menopause.
-Magnesium: contributes to a muscle relaxant action. It has a relaxing and calming action and reduces the excitability of the nerves and muscles.
- Dioscorea: acts on vaginal dryness. Helps normalize the estrogen-progesterone ratio when insufficient.
-Griffonia: produces a beneficial action on serotonin levels. Contains 5-HTP (hydroxytryptophan), precursor of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that manages our psycho-emotional state.
