Am Plus Clear

INGREDIENTS Maltodextrin, Xanthan gum, sweetener: erythritol.

DESCRIPTION AND INDICATIONS AM Plus Clear is a thickening gelling powder based on maltodextrin and Xanthan gum, for the dietary treatment of subjects with swallowing disorders. AM Plus Clear has an instant thickening action and is highly soluble, tasteless and odorless. It allows to keep the thickened liquid transparent. Suitable for drinks. Gluten free. Lactose-free. Resistant to amylase.

DOSAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Dose the amount of powder and add the liquid to thicken. Mix well for a few seconds until completely dissolved and wait 1-2 minutes. The amount of powder per 100 ml of liquid depends on the desired consistency and the liquid to be thickened: Syrup consistency: 1.5 g approx. (a coffee spoon). Cream consistency: approx. 3 g Pudding consistency: 4.5 g approx.

IMPORTANT WARNING The product must be used under medical supervision and must not be intended as the sole power source. Do not use in children under three years of age. Not for parenteral use.

STORAGE METHOD Store in a dry place away from heat sources. Once the jar is opened, use within 8 weeks. Keep thickened and uneaten food and drinks in the fridge within 24 hours.
