How to use

As a postprandial digestive, when needed: take a measuring cup (20ml) 1 or 2 times a day, after meals. It can be taken as such or diluted with water.

As a wellness elixir for cycles of use, for the activity on the microbiome and antioxidant: 20ml after the main meal, for at least 15 days, every 3 months.
