Organic Chia Seeds
Chia seeds (Salvia Hispanica) are seeds of a plant with oblong leaves and small blue flowers, native to Mexico and Guatemala. These little seeds are very rich in Omega-3, iron and phosphorus.
Chia seeds can be added to cereals, smoothies, yogurt, soups or salads. They are also excellent for making puddings: just let a teaspoon of chia swell in the fridge for at least 30 minutes in a cup of vegetable milk and serve garnished with fresh fruit.
