American Cranberry Nectar Efit Drink

Antibacterial

The American blueberry, known as 'cranberry', contains significant quantities of anthocyanosides, flavonoids, citric acid (vitamin C), malic, quinic and hippuric acid, and other numerous substances that have antibacterial properties that exert their action especially at the level of the system urinary.

Recommendations for use

Cystitis: rich in flavonoids, among which epicatechin stands out, cranberry juice is valuable against microbial infections by reducing the expression of some bacterial genes and the formation of the bacterial bio-film layer (indirect antimicrobial mechanism) •

Bone fragility : the high calcium concentration ensures a valid help in the prevention of osteoporosis.
