Amin 21 K Sugar-free chocolate bar
Amin 21 k presents the new Chocolate flavored bars, with high protein content, with 15 g of protein, lactose-free, gluten-free and sugar-free. Milk proteins give a rapid response to the maintenance and recovery of lean mass. To accompany the diet they are elective, we lose fat without losing lean / muscle mass. The dosage of 15 grams of protein is the maximum that can be had for a 33 g bar and is close to 50%. This without altering the taste and palatability which are fundamental for the patient.
The calorie intake of proteins is 63 kcal per bar.
The choice of polyols with a prevalence of maltitol is due to the glycemic and insulinemic responses they give. Interest in their consumption has recently increased due to their potential health benefits. They are non-cariogenic or acaryogenic, have a low glycemic index and insulin index (useful in diets and in those with blood sugar problems etc), have a low energy value which is about 60% compared to carbohydrates, are digested more slowly. In the bar there are 4.9 g with a caloric intake of about 11 kcal.
The bar is gluten-free and suitable for lactose intolerant ISO 22000 HACCP certified.

Milk protein, Ph Eur gelatin, dark chocolate of which minimum 54% cocoa (cocoa mass, sweetener: maltitol, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavoring), non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (coconut, corn, extra virgin olive oil ), water, humectant: vegetable glycerin, flavoring, sweetener: sucralose.
