L-CISTEINE

AMINO CISTEINE is a food supplement containing the amino acid L-Cysteine in free form. It is an amino acid that is synthesized in the human body in the liver from L-Methionine. L-Cysteine is a sulfur compound precursor in keratinization, an important process for the formation of hair, skin and nails. L-Cysteine, together with Glycine and Glutamic acid, is a constituent of L-Glutathione, a cofactor of Glutathione Peroxidase, an antioxidant enzyme that counteracts oxidative stress in the body. In mammalian proteins, all amino acids are found in the left-handed form, so the L- form of this amino acid is preferred in quality food supplements.

HOW TO USE

1 to 2 vegetarian capsules per day
preferably between meals
Swallow 1 to 2 vegetarian capsules a day, with water, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
