L-ornithine (hydrochloride) (free form); glazing agent: hydroxy-propyl-methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid.

How to use
Swallow 1 to 2 vegetarian capsules a day, with water, preferably away from meals.
