L-THEANINE
AMINO THEANINE is a food supplement containing the amino acid L-Theanine *. L-Theanine is a naturally occurring amino acid found in green tea leaves and can be obtained by bacterial fermentation. The form studied is the L- enantiomer. Solgar offers Suntheanine * which provides 99% pure L-Theanine obtained by bacterial fermentation. L-Theanine accounts for the relaxing action that is observed when drinking a cup of tea, despite the greater presence of caffeine in the tea plant (known as theine) than in coffee. In fact, it appears that L-Theanine counteracts the exciting effects of caffeine.

preferably between meals
Swallow 1 vegetarian capsule a day, with water, preferably between meals. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
