Polyporus umbelatus is rich in ingredients such as bioactive polysaccharides B-1-3, B-1-6 homo D-glucan, and amino acids such as serine, alanine, glycine and ergosterol.

How to use
the recommended dose is between 3 and 6 tablets per day. Alternatively, for the 250g biomass powder pack, the recommended use is 2 scoops per day (each scoop contains 2g). The tablets can be chewed or swallowed whole using preferably warm water. Alternatively the biomass powder can be mixed with meals.

polyporus (polyporus umbelatus) biomass - mycelium.
For tablet packs only - bulking agents: vegetable stearic acid, methylcellulose, silica; anti-caking agent: magnesium stereate.
