spirulina algae powder (Spirulina maxima Setch. et garner) thallus, acerola extract (Malpighia glabra L.) fructus: natural source of vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), iron (ferrous bisglycinate); vegetable gelatin, folic acid (pteroyl - monoglutamic acid), Vit.B12 (cyanocobalamin), anti-caking agents: magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Physiological effect
iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin. Vitamin B12 and folic acid contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells (hematopoiesis). Vitamin C improves the absorption of iron. Furthermore, vitamins B12 and C, iron and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal function of the immune system.

Daily Vitamin Content:
Vit. C 40 mg (50% NRV), Folic acid 200mcg (100% NRV), Vitamin B12 2.5mcg (100% NRV).

Daily mineral content:
Iron 20 mg (142% NRV).
