For whom : people with difficulty falling asleep or with restless sleep (awakening in the middle of the night, early awakening, etc.).

What it does : it induces a state of relaxation and promotes sleep , maintains physiological sleep, balances the circadian rhythm.

Serem is a food supplement based on pure Melatonin 1 mg, L-tryptophan 200 mg, Escolzia and Passiflora .

Tryptophan is an essential amino acid, precursor of serotonin, involved in the modulation of mood, of melatonin, involved in the regulation of sleep rhythms, and of niacin.

Low tryptophan levels are associated with insomnia, depression, irritability, and aggression . It is useful for promoting the restoration of the physiological mechanisms that regulate sleep and mood.

The aerial parts of Escolzia (stem, flower) contain alkaloids (0.5%), phytosterols , carotenoids and flavonoids which give the plant sedative and hypno-inducing properties.

Passiflora through alkaloids, flavonoids, phytosterols, phenol acids, coumarins, heterosides, cyanogens acts on the central nervous system carrying out a calming, sedative and anxiolytic action .

Passionflower , therefore, is useful in case of insomnia, stress, sense of anguish, neurosis, menopause disorders, depression and tachycardia .
