Food supplement based on valerian, theanine and GABA, with essential oil of lavender and melatonin, with sweeteners.
Valerian and lavender contribute to relaxation and sleep in case of stress, while lavender also supports normal mood.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained by taking two tablets, which provide 1 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime).

Sweeteners: xylitol, sucralose, acesulfame K; L-theanine, valerian (Valerianaofficinalis L.) root eg tit. 0.8% in valerenic acids, bulking agents: cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide and talc; flavoring, corn starch, acidifying agent: citric acid; gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) essential oil, melatonin.

How to use

It is advisable to slowly dissolve 1 or 2 tablets in the mouth, as needed or before bedtime.
