Description
Food supplement based on prebiotics and probiotics which promote the balance of intestinal flora and with valerian which promotes relaxation (sleep; in case of distress) and melatonin which contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.

Ingredients
Lynside Immunity Prebiotic (yeast cell wall), dihydroxypropyl methylcellulose coating; bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose; maltodextrins; green tea [Camellia sinensis (L.) Kuntze] leaves tit. at 20% in theanine, LifeinU lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root tit. at 0.8% in valerenic acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; corn starch, melatonin.

Gluten and lactose free.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1-2 capsules daily.
