Ingredients
Passiflora (passiflora incarnata) leaves dry extract; griffonia (griffoniasimplicifolia) seeds dry extract; lemon balm (melissa officinalis ) dry extract leaves; jelly; valerian (valeriana officinalis) root dry extract; escholzia (eschscholtzia californica) top dry extract; melatonin.

Quantities per recommended daily dose	4 capsules
Passiflora titrated dry extract 2.5% of which vitexin	1000mg 25 mg
Griffonia dry extract titrated 20% of which 5-hydroxytryptophan	560 mg 112 mg
Melissa dry extract titrated 4% of which rosmarinic acid	200mg 8 mg
Valerian dry extract titrated 0.8% of which valerenic acids	80 mg 0.64 mg
Escolzia titrated dry extract 0.20-0.24% of which protopin	40 mg 0.08-0.096 mg
Melatonin	4 mg

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening before going to bed.
