apo-Pulm Pekana is a homeopathic-spagyric medicine indicated in case of dry or catarrhal cough; cooling states with cough.

Formulation

ALLIUM CEPA D4 SPAGYRIC : specific action for acute inflammations, catarrh of the respiratory mucous membranes (clear catarrhs of the nose, larynx and Eustachian tubes) and conjunctivae.

BRYONIA D4 SPAGIRICO : remedy with specific organotropism for inflammations of mucous tissues
and serous, (eg microbial or viral cough-infection, cold states with dry cough and chest pains) and for their intermediation on the peripheral nervous system (neuralgic pains). Hypersensitivity (pain at the slightest movement) and great prostration characterize the remedy. Bryonia's action is mainly acute and subacute, rarely chronic.

HEDERA HELIX D6 SPAGIRICO: spasmolytic, balsamic and expectorant activity; it is vasoconstrictor, thickener and anti-diffuse of the capillary walls.

HYOSCYAMUS NIGER D6 SPAGIRICO : remedy with polarity of action on the respiratory tract (spasmodic cough), on the Central Nervous System and on the Autonomous Nervous System. It is the typical remedy for a tired child with a spasmodic nervous cough, a fatigued adolescent or a prostrate elderly person.

PHOSPHORUS D4 : constitutional remedy for the patient characterized by metabolic acceleration (he is the hyperactive, efficient subject with a strong aesthetic sensitivity) with a tendency to physical weakness. Its action is mainly polarized on the mucous membranes (inflammatory states of the upper airways: laryngitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis) and on the noble parenchyma (lung, liver, etc.).

PULMONARIA OFFICINALIS D4 : specific action for the respiratory tract for cooling states with minor bronchial complications.

SENEGA D4 : specific remedy for cough with difficult expectoration due to sticky and dense catarrhs.

TARTARUS STIBIATUS D4 : remedy with marked respiratory polarity, it promotes the fluidification and expectoration of catarrhs. It is the typical remedy for large accumulations of phlegm in the lower respiratory tract, with low sputum, with vomiting, worsening with heat and improvement in standing. Expresses an asthenic temperament with great anxiety in respiratory paroxysms.

How to use

Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor: adults 1 teaspoon 5-7 times a day; children of the first and second pediatric age 1 teaspoon 3-5 times a day. Take the respective doses away from meals.
