Focus on the ingredients

The vitamin B complex includes Vitamin B1 (thiamine), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), Vitamin B7 (biotin), Vitamin B9 (folic acid) and Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

They all perform numerous functions for the human body, different from each other but essential for our well-being.

It is therefore very important to constantly take them through the right foods and, if necessary, to resort to food supplements.

In fact, despite a correct diet, the intake of B vitamins may not be sufficient for three particular reasons.

Almost all B vitamins - with the exception of B2, B6 and, in part, B12 - are sensitive to heat and are therefore thermolabile. This means that heat and, therefore, cooking reduces the content of these nutrients in foods.

Vitamins B2, B6 and B8 are photosensitive, so they lose or reduce their properties when the foods that contain them are exposed to light.

In addition, so-called antivitamins (including birth control drugs, anticonvulsants, oxytiamine and many more) reduce the bioavailability of nutrients, hindering their absorption.

For these reasons, and for the essential functions that the B vitamins perform, we have developed a highly bioavailable and concentrated supplement, dedicated mainly - but not exclusively - to the well-being of the nervous system.

How to use

1 tablet per day to be taken in the morning.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. The expiry date refers to the unopened and properly stored product.
