Gluten-free blend (swallowed wheat starch, rice cream, corn foil, dextrose, vegetable fiber (psillyum fiber), acidity regulator (tartaric acid), leavening agent (sodium bicarbonate), thickener (guar gum), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sugar, high oleic sunflower oil, cream of brown rice 9.8%, sunflower seeds 3.4%, teff flour 3.3%, salt, buckwheat flour 1.2%, emulsifier ( soy lecithin), quinoa flour 0,8%, extra virgin olive oil 0,6%, natural flavoring.
