- Zinc, selenium, vitamin E and vitamin C contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamins A, B2, niacin and biotin contribute to the maintenance of healthy skin. Biotin also contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of the skin.
- Zinc contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin, nails and hair.

Instructions for use
We recommend taking 1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in a glass of water (about 200 ml), mixing well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Aquilea Beauty Collagen can also be enjoyed in juices, smoothies and yogurt.
