The Aquilea Sleep drops supplement is effective thanks to the presence of its components that promote falling asleep:

Melatonin , a fundamental hormone during physiological sleep, which contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep * and is also useful in case of long journeys to alleviate the effects of jet-lag **. It is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland and one of its main activities is to stabilize the REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) phases;
Lemon balm and Chamomile help promote relaxation

* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before bedtime.
** The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination.

Method of use and dosage
