We find plants such as Avena which has a double calming, tonic and energizing action (often anxiety is accompanied by a sense of chronic fatigue), Ballota with a relaxing action, Primula which calms states of agitation and nervousness, Willow, from which the principle of aspirin which in addition to calming pain is also an excellent relaxant of the nervous system and finally Sedum, a plant that already declares its health value in its name.

Indications

Serenum is a food supplement based on plant extracts in particular with Oats and Primrose indicated for a physiological relaxation.

How to use

One tablet 3 times a day.

Contraindications

Celiac disease due to the presence of Oats.
