Shilajit is a rock exudate that is purified in several passages for over a month with spring water until it is reduced to a third.

It is then dried in the sun and pulverized with a mortar.

How to use

1 capsule per day.

Ingrediants

Shilajit powder extract, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Warnings:

Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.

Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
