Very Pure Superventilated Green Clay

ArgFango Superventilata Purissima Green Clay, without dyes, without preservatives, 100% natural green clay of Italian origin, is a crystalline lattice composed mainly of silica, in which numerous water-soluble, highly bioavailable trace elements coexist. It also contains infinitesimal quantities of silver, iron, tin, copper, lead and gold. Slightly alkaline, green clay is the clay that has the highest cation exchange capacity (CSC) value, therefore it is very active.
It can be used, for external use, in case of bruises, hematomas, inflammation, muscle and joint pain, back pain, sciatica; excellent as a purifying mask for oily, impure and acne-prone skin. Very interesting, for topical use, to use it together with vegetable oils such as Argan oil, for the continuous and complete combined hydrant action that it possesses. Suitable for all skin types.
Green clay can also be used to counteract vaginal infections and inflammation, for douches and poultices, in the presence of itching, mild inflammation, abrasions, burning, inflamed Bartholin gland (use a hot poultice made using hot water) , onset of Candida infection.
The ventilated green clay has been traditionally used for internal use since very ancient times, for its adsorbing, detoxifying, purifying, healing, remineralizing, antacidity, anti-inflammatory properties, to favor the physiological functions of the gastrointestinal system, to favor the elimination of gas and counteract flatulence and meteorism, and as a purifier and detoxifier of the body: its purifying properties make it an ideal remedy for impure, oily and acneic skin.

How to use:

  • external use: it can be used as a mask, poultice, or it can be dissolved in bath or foot bath water for a revitalizing effect. To prepare the dough, the clay is poured into a container that is not metal or plastic, but for example glass or ceramic, then pours enough water to knead it quickly, in order to obtain a soft and homogeneous mixture, which it must not be handled too much, and if possible let it rest for some time; then it is spread on the part to be treated, directly on the skin and in the thickness of about half a centimeter; it is covered with a woolen cloth and the compress is left on for at least half an hour, up to a couple of hours, or even a whole night if you can stand it, then remove with warm water. The clay poultice can be applied several times during the day, always using new clay, without reusing the one already applied which is now full of toxins and is no longer active and could even be harmful. It is important that the application of Clay never gives any discomfort sensations; if this happens, the pack must be renewed immediately, cold or lukewarm, according to the "liking" of the organism.
  • internal use (clayey supernatant water): in the evening, pour about a teaspoon of ventilated green clay into a glass of drinking water at room temperature, using a non-metallic or plastic spoon, but using, for example, the normal wooden kitchen ladle, adjusting by eye for quantity; the Clay must therefore be mixed for a long time, to emulsify it well, then everything is stored away for the whole night; in the morning a deposit will have formed at the bottom of the glass; drink as soon as you get up and on an empty stomach only the clayey water, that is the water above that deposit (it has no taste) leaving the clay deposit in the glass, every morning for about a month, then pausing for about ten days and then repeating the intake of clayey water for another month. This pattern can be repeated two or three times during the year. In case of stomach acidity, for a few days in a row, drink a glass of water in which the tip of a teaspoon of clay has dissolved.
