Indications:
Escholtzia has a marked sedative and hypnotic activity without however giving secondary effects (neither addiction nor addiction). It is therefore recommended in case of insomnia, anxiety and nightmares.

How to use:
2 or 3 capsules 2 times a day at mealtimes.

Characteristics:
the plant is used as a sedative and hypnotic and the activity could refer to the alkaloids present including protropin.

Components:
escholtzia californica, the flowery aerial part.
