1 capsule a day with a large glass of water, in the morning or in the evening before meals.

Characteristics
The hyaluronic acid gives the skin its particular properties of sistency and shape retention. A lack of it causes a weakening of the skin promoting the formation of wrinkles and imperfections. Its concentration in the tissues of the body tends to decrease with age. 120 mg of hyaluronic acid per day are needed to slow down physiological skin aging. In this way expert skin hyaluronic acid improves the hydration, elasticity and tone of the skin in a natural way.
