GLUCOMANNAN

Indications:
the hunger-breaking effect of Konjac root is due to the presence of glucomannan, which, thanks to soluble fibers, swells in the presence of water, absorbing up to 100 times its volume. The great interest of this gel is to be calorie-free and to give a feeling of satiety. It is therefore a natural hunger-breaker important in reductive treatments. In addition, it slows down the absorption of carbohydrates, lipids and bile salts, exerting a regulating action on the cholesterol level.

Dosage and method of use:
2 or 3 Arkocapsules 2 times a day, preferably half an hour before meals with plenty of water.

Characteristics:
the result of the neutral gel that forms in contact with water is reflected not only on the intestinal transit but also on the metabolism of carbohydrates, lipids and cholesterol.
