SUPPLEMENT

Indications:
to combat psycho-physical stress, respecting the circadian rhythm.

Dosage and method of use:
one ivory "day formula" capsule in the morning, one blue "night formula" capsule at bedtime, with a large glass of water.

Characteristics:
- magnesium helps to react against excess commitments and to overcome an episode of temporary fatigue,
- vitamin B6 completes its action at the neurological level, intervenes in the synthesis of serotonin;
- lemon balm, a relaxing plant par excellence, facilitates falling asleep and contributes to a restful sleep.

Components:
- day formula - ivory capsules: magnesium oxide; maltodextrin; anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate; vitamin B6; capsule of vegetable origin: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; dyes: titanium dioxide and yellow iron oxide.
- Night formula - blue capsules: magnesium oxide; maltodextrin; dry extract of melissa (melissa officinalis; gum arabic) (100 mg per capsule); anti-caking agents: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; stearic acid; magnesium stearate; vitamin B6; capsule: gelatin; dyes: titanium dioxide; indigotine.
